REQUIREMENTS:
- Active PA State License - Required
- DEA Required: Yes
- Board Status: Board Certified, Board Eligible
- Required Procedures: Typical Urology procedures
- Required Certifications: BLS
- Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): 1
- M-F | 8a-4:30p | No after hours call
- $375/hr
- Practice Type: Hospital Based – Free Standing clinic
- No call
- Procedures: Cystoscopy, Vasectomy, Lithotripsy, Stents, Hydrocele's, etc.
- 1 possibly 2 OR/Surgery Days in Hospital
- AVG 20 patients per day
- No additional Urologist or APPs at this location as it is a solo practice
- APP/Mid-Level Coverage Avail: No
- Will provider work solo? Yes
- Other specialties on-site: Inpatient Hospitalist coverage 24/7
- Adult 100%
- EMR: Epic and Cerner
- Time to Credential: 2 Months
