Northeast Oregon-based hospital will be breaking ground Summer of 2022 as part of a significant facility expansion. The primary purpose of this expansion is new/fully integrated operating rooms which the Urologist will certainly benefit from. Anticipate the project to be done by March 2024.


Position Details

  • Solo Urologist needed in northeast Oregon
  • Employed opportunity
  • Need is due to the pending retirement of the existing Urologist
  • Traditional call schedule of 1:3
  • Additional call pay could be earned for additional hours worked
  • Would estimate 13-17 patients per day
  • EMR is EPIC

Compensation

  • The total compensation opportunity is up to 600k.
  • The base is near 425k-440k with approximately 160k in quality incentives they would be eligible for annually.
  • Production incentive based upon wRVU.
  • The incentive threshold is around 7,350

  • The position is eligible for a commencement bonus
  • 8k annually for CME/Licensure/Dues (+40 hours of paid CME time)
  • Eligible for Cell phone reimbursement
