Job Description
Northeast Oregon-based hospital will be breaking ground Summer of 2022 as part of a significant facility expansion. The primary purpose of this expansion is new/fully integrated operating rooms which the Urologist will certainly benefit from. Anticipate the project to be done by March 2024.
Position Details
- Solo Urologist needed in northeast Oregon
- Employed opportunity
- Need is due to the pending retirement of the existing Urologist
- Traditional call schedule of 1:3
- Additional call pay could be earned for additional hours worked
- Would estimate 13-17 patients per day
- EMR is EPIC
Compensation
- The total compensation opportunity is up to 600k.
- The base is near 425k-440k with approximately 160k in quality incentives they would be eligible for annually.
- Production incentive based upon wRVU.
- The incentive threshold is around 7,350

- 8k annually for CME/Licensure/Dues (+40 hours of paid CME time)
