**Urogynecologist Position Available - Royal Oak, MI** **Position Overview** We are seeking a dedicated physician specializing in Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery. The role involves diagnosing, preventing, and treating patient health issues while fostering a collaborative and safe work environment. The physician will be responsible for inpatient and outpatient care, fostering positive relationships, participating in quality improvement activities, and providing educational support to medical staff and students. **Position Details** - Cultivate positive and collaborative relationships within the healthcare team. - Provide exceptional and personalized patient care. - Participate in meeting operational, financial, and patient satisfaction goals. - Complete required competencies and annual organizational requirements. - Ensure effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding patient care plans. - Document patient care in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards. - Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as required. - Support patient participation in clinical trials and research projects. - Mentor and oversee fellows, residents, and students. **Position Requirements** - Doctorate in Medicine with specialization in Urogynecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery. - Licensed Physician (MD or DO) in the State of Michigan. - DEA Registration in Michigan. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 120 days. - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 120 days.
