Seeking a full-time Urogynecologist to join an exceptional team of professionals at a state-of-the-art clinic near Providence Medical Group in Olympia, Washington. This is a dynamic, collegial and growing practice currently including 1 Urogynecology MD, 2 Advanced Practice Clinicians, 3 Per Diem MDs, 2 Registered Nurses, 4 Medical Assistants and 2 front desk staff members and 1 patient care coordinator that manages surgeries. The clinic also offers integrated services with 1 pelvic floor therapist. In this role, you can expect to provide a variety of services including in-clinic procedures such as Botox, Bulkamid, cystoscopies, and Axonics. - Full time position with alternating clinic schedules between 5-day and 4-day weeks
- Participate in after-hours call for postoperative patients only
- Potential for Medical Director role if experienced
- State-of-the-art equipment including 2 rigid scopes (with 2 more approved), 3 flexible scopes, bladder scanner, and urodynamic machine
- Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Compensation is between $343,767 and $485,025 per year
- The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
