Join our team of three physicians and two APP's in busy, established walk-in clinic. Enjoy lake living at its best with a flexible 10 shifts per month schedule in this 0.8 FTE position. Our Walk-In Clinic practice consists of 1 physician and two advanced practice providers when fully staffed.
- Work a flexible 10 shifts per month (0.8 FTE)
- Fast-paced Walk-In Clinic with higher acuity patients
- Weekday shifts are 10 hours, weekend shifts are 8 hours (average 1 – 1 ½ weekend shifts per month).
- General procedures required including sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removal, etc. plus, some women’s health.
- This is a very busy walk-in clinic volumes averaging 70-80 patients per shift in the winter and 50-60 patients per summer shifts with 2 providers.
- Relocation required - no locums
- EPIC Electronic Medical Record
- Clinic hours: 8:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Weekdays, 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Weekends
We provide physicians with a robust benefits package which may include:
- Shift pay range $1,775 - $1,919 per shift year one, $1,923 - $2,079 per shift year two+
- Compensation: Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications.

- Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000
