Job Description:
We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urgent Care Physician (MD/DO) to join our hospital-employed team near Helena, Montana. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment, with a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Opportunity Highlights:

  • Projected Annual Salary: $264,121.
  • Shift Requirements: Minimum of 182 shifts per year.
  • Bonus Potential:
    1. Shift Pay: $1,451 per shift.
    2. Productivity Compensation.
    3. Value-Based Incentive Compensation: Up to 10% of annual compensation based on four performance components.

Additional Benefits:

  • Call Pay: None required.
  • CME Allowance: $4,000 annually (can roll over to a maximum of $8,000).
