Requirements:

• Board Certified – REQUIRED – The American Board of Pediatrics OR The American Board of Osteopathic Medicine – Pediatrics
• Active SC license & DEA – Verbal Confirmation Required at Name Clear
• CLEAN BACKGROUND; NO EXCEPTIONS
• BLS & ACLS Certified – REQUIRED
• Must have M-F availability please state at time of name clear
