An established Urgent Care group with multiple centers is opening a new facility in Philadelphia, PA, in February 2025. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Urgent Care Physician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in urgent care, a commitment to patient-centered care, and the necessary qualifications to perform immigration physicals as a Civil Surgeon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered urgent care for a diverse patient population
  • Perform immigration physicals, adhering to Civil Surgeon protocols and requirements
  • Diagnose and manage a variety of acute and non-emergency medical conditions
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab results as necessary
  • Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain thorough documentation of patient encounters in the electronic health record

Requirements:

  • MD or DO with active, unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania
  • 4 years post-residency experience (required to meet Civil Surgeon eligibility for immigration physicals)
  • Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine
  • Demonstrated experience in an urgent care setting
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
