Assignment Dates: ASAP - Ongoing
Rate: $200 / hour (negotiable)
Job Details:
- Coverage type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
- Patients per shift: 30-50
- Shifts: Up to 14 per month, 12-hour shifts Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts Saturday and Sunday
- May be moving to 12s on weekends too
- No overtime will be granted
- Must see patients 6 months and older for urgent care needs
- Required procedures: Suturing, wound care, incision & drainage (I&Ds), splinting, X-ray and ECG over-read, placing IVs
- State-of-the-art centers include lab and mobile X-ray with access to additional resources
- Admissions required: No
- Multiple providers accepted: Yes
- Facility accepts providers who can work 4 shifts in a row
- EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- Active state license required: No
- Board certification/eligibility: Yes (must be certified by ABMS or AOB)
- Clean history
- BLS required (American Heart Association)
- Must see patients 6 months and older
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.)
- Must be comfortable with EMR, Epic training provided
