Urgent Care Opening in Portsmouth, OH (Permanent) Position Overview: Join a hospital-employed Urgent Care and Family Practice facility in Portsmouth, OH, offering comprehensive care seven days a week from 8 am to 8 pm. This opportunity allows for a flexible schedule with the ability to balance work and personal life while serving a growing community. Practice Details: Facility includes both Urgent Care and Family Practice services. Open 7 days a week from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Providers will work six or seven 12-hour shifts per two-week pay period with rotating weekends. On-site lab, x-ray, and pharmacy services match Urgent Care hours. Family practice, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound services are available by scheduled appointment. Compensation & Benefits: Contract: 2-year initial contract with potential for renewal. Salary: Competitive salary with excellent bonus incentives up to 10% of base salary. Vacation: 232 hours of PTO annually, with an additional 40 hours when producing at the 75th percentile of wRVUs. CME/Books & Journals: 40 hours of PTO and up to $5,000. Retirement Plans: 457b Plan: Defer compensation up to $22,500 per year (no matching). 403b Plan: Defer compensation up to IRS limits with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 2% of base pay. Moving Expense: Up to $10,000 paid to a moving company. Malpractice Insurance: Claims made insurance with $2,000,000 per claim/$6,000,000 aggregate coverage. Health Insurance: Low premium deducted from paycheck. Medical School Loan Repayment: Up to $200,000 ($25,000 per year for each year of service commitment). Sign-on Bonus: Up to 15% of base salary (maximum $100,000), paid upon contract signing and forgiven over 2-4 years. Residency Stipend: Up to $25,000 with up to a 2-year service commitment.
