We’re seeking a Physician Medical Director for our clinic in Los Angeles. This role offers an exceptional chance to combine your passion for patient care with your leadership skills while working in a city known for its creativity, culture, and incredible weather!!

In this position, you’ll dedicate 90% of your time to providing direct patient care and the remaining 10% to managing business metrics and ensuring patient and client satisfaction.

  • Monday to Friday, 8 to 5 with no nights, weekends, or holidays
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure effective execution of medical models and collaboration with therapists and specialists
  • Monitor clinical metrics to drive quality outcomes
  • Manage clinicians and support staff, fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Collaborate with leadership to drive continuous clinical improvement
  • Maintain relationships with clients and payers, responding promptly to requests

    The base compensation for this role ranges from $227,000 to $304,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational Medicine, or related field
Active medical and DEA licenses
ACLS Certification preferred
5-8 years of experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency settings

Monday - Friday no nights, no weekends, no holidays!
