Job Responsibilities
• Physician: As the ‘quarterback’ or ‘captain’ of the team, physician will deliver holistic care to patients working in a coordinated manner with a care team comprised of a clinical pharmacist, nurse, health coach, behavioral health specialist, and medical assistant
• Cinical experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or ambulatory care setting is preferred.
MD/DO Board Certified/ Board Eligible (Prefers Doc earlier in their career)
• Schedule 8-5:30 M-F (have been flexible with 4x10hr shifts. Last Appt. ends at 4:40p)
• EMR: NextGen
• NO Call
• Ea. visit 30 minutes Avg.
-Annual Wellness visits 1hr 12-15 patients a day/ Complex patients seen 6-8x’s a year
• Patient Demographic: Mostly Seniors. Some Peds
• Uses With Anthem PicassoMD for referrals, Partner w/LabCorp, UC Center next door
