Shift Schedule
Shift: 8A-4P or 8-8
Scheduling: Multiple days between several facilities
Required Certification & Experience
- MI License or IMLC, BC or BE required
- Provided primary care services to at least 50 patients within last 12 months
- Urgent (URI/Cough/Cold/Sore throat/UTI/Sprains/Strains/Rash etc.)
