We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Medicine/Urgent Care Physician to join our team in the Heart of Pennsylvania for 3 months of coverage!

In this role, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat work-related injuries
  • Perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations (preferred but not required)
  • Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis
  • Perform in-office procedures as needed
  • Communicate with employers to provide medical guidance and recommendations
  • Exhibit welcoming, skillful, and respectful behaviors at all times
  • Complete all documentation in a timely and appropriate manner
  • **Must be comfortable seeing pediatric patients 2 yrs and up plus adults**
Assignment Duration: As soon as credentialed through the beginning of November.

Working Hours

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or until the last patient is treated.

Skills

Occupational Medicine Experience: Highly desired
Proficient in office-based procedures: Required
Urgent Care Experience: Nice to have
DOT certified: Highly desired
Ability to treat autonomously: Required
