Start Date: ASAP (Ongoing)

Contract Length: 3 months with the option to extend

Shift Details:

• Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (varies by clinic)
• Schedule: Full-time, typically 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Overtime Rate: 1.5x per hour for hours over 40 per week

Work Details:

• Patient Load: Average of 30-40 patients per day
• Patient Demographics: Must see all ages
• EMR System: EPIC
• Procedures Required: Suturing, splinting, x-rays, EKGs, nail removals, etc.
• Experience: Must be self-sufficient, provide evidence-based care, and focus on patient satisfaction. Experience with procedures and diagnostic interpretation required.

Practice Setting:

• Type: Clinic/Private Practice
• Setting: Mostly single-provider clinics, with some double-provider clinics

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Required in Family Medicine (FM) or Emergency Medicine (EM). If boarded in Internal Medicine (IM), Med-Ped certification required to see all ages.
• License: GA State License
• DEA Registration: Yes
• CSR: Yes
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; DOT certification helpful but not required
• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 3 weeks
