JOB DESCRIPTION:
Medical center in Indiana seeking an Urgent Care Medical Director for its expanding practices, currently in six locations. Incoming physician will enjoy competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Position specifications:
DOT certification and MRO certification are strongly preferred, but will help obtain
Occupational medicine experience preferred but not required
Candidate may have had prior director experience or a practicing provider looking to move into a leadership role
Background in Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine
Opportunity to use both clinical skills and business expertise in this role
Ideally, incoming medical director will provide a 30% administrative and 70% clinical/oversight mix
