Coverage Needed:

• ASAP - ongoing
• PRN or Full time
• Ideal candidate can give 8 - 10 shifts per month
• Schedule:
  • Mon - Sat 8a - 6p
  • Sun 8a - 5p

Clinical Information:

• EMR: Practice Velocity
• Daily Patient Volume is 30-60. Clinics are busy and fast paced.
  • 3 - 4 patients per hour
  • COVID has caused volume increase. With FLU season upon us, may be more. Will add a second provider as necessary
• Strong providers in the clinic currently to assist with training for the physicians to have a good experience with us
• Typical UC setting

Required:

• Need experience with workman's comp
• Local providers only, no travel expenses will be reimbursed, including mileage
• Current Flu Vaccine
• Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
  • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
• Candidates needs to have 3-6 years of experience in either Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine or a fast paced Family Practice
• Urgent Care, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, PEDS experience is preferred
• Looking for consistent availability
• Musty be able to close lacerations, I&D, read X-ray and EKG, Work comp experience a plus as well as DOT cert
• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Must be board certified in one of the following:
  • Family Medicine
  • Med/Peds
  • Emergency Medicine
• Must be comfortable with, and experienced in treating children as young as 3 months old
