Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing

Shift Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Work Details:

• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full Time
• Patient Population/Age: All ages
• Department Description:
  • Diagnose and treat work-related injuries
  • Perform pre-placement, DOT, public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for various private companies and governmental agencies
  • Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis
  • Oversee, collaborate with, and supervise any advanced practice providers in the clinic
  • Perform in-office procedures, communicate with employers, and provide medical guidance
  • Exhibit welcoming, skillful, and respectful behaviors at all times
  • Complete all documentation in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Manage walk-in and scheduled patients

Skills Required:

• Must be/become DOT certified
• Must be comfortable working autonomously
• Must be comfortable with suturing

Practice Setting:

• Clinic/Private Practice

Travel Logistics:

• Specific Travel Client Will Pay For: Travel and lodging

Requirements:

• Board Certification: BC/BE in primary care or related field
• License Required: Active MN license
