Enterprise Medical is helping a local not-for-profit Hospital recruit a board-certified/board-eligible Urgent Care physician to join a newly established, progressive primary care practice located in beautiful coastal South Carolina.

About the position

• 12-hour shifts, 36-44 hour work weeks depending on how the shifts workout, averaging 80 hours per pay cycle, a minimum of a weekend per month with more shifts available as requested/flexible schedule
• 36-month Term
• Base hourly rate: $136/hr
• Incentive Compensation Conversion Factor: $48.50 per wRVU above threshold (Incentive Threshold is determined by the number of clinical hours worked multiplied by 2.46)
