Urgent Care Physician Needed in OH
Start Date: November 2024 or as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months with option for extension
Schedule: 12 Hour Shifts
Support Staff: each location will typically have MA, X ray tech, may have LPN at some locations.
Patient Population/Age: all ages
EMR: Epic (called CareConnect internally)
OH License Required (We can help license you)
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
Medical malpractice insurance, travel, and lodging provided
