Urgent Care Medical Director
Permanent - not locums
Full time
Oversee three Urgent Care Centers
All are within 15-20 minutes from one another
60% Clinical
40% Administration
Review, sign and supervise APPs
Participate in provider recruitment and orient new providers
Provide chart reviews, corrective action, and provider performance reviews
Attend and facilitate internal staff meetings
Communicate clinical updates and procedural changes to providers
Clinic hours: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday

$375,000 base plus productivity bonus opportunities
Up to $150,000 in signing & starting bonuses

Job Responsibilities

60% Clincal
40% Administration
Review, sign and supervise APPs
Participate in provider recruitment and orient new providers
Provide chart reviews, corrective action, and provider performance reviews
Attend and facilitate internal staff meetings
Communicate clinical updates and procedural changes to providers
Walk-ins and online self-scheduled patients
On-site digital X-rays
Drug and alcohol screening
Post-employment and annual physical exams
Physical exams for school athletics
Department of Transportation (DOT) physical exams

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (M. D., Doctor of Medicine or D.O., Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine)
• Must be board-certified or board eligible by the American Board of
Family Medicine, the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Board of
Emergency Medicine.

Working Hours

Clinic hours: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday and Sunday
