Providers will appreciate a 3 or 4-day work week, allowing plentiful time to enjoy the scenic beauty of the Willamette Valley, proximity to the pristine Oregon Coast, the Cascade Mountains for snow sports, and Portland, Oregons largest city all within two hours!_x000D_

- Three or four shifts per week, one weekend per month_x000D_
- 25-35 patients per day with double coverage_x000D_
- $4,000 CME/yr, competitive salary plus starting and relocation bonus_x000D_
