**Position Details**
Description: Seeking Physicians to join our welcoming and diverse community of providers in our four centers in Springfield, MO and Joplin, MO. Urgent Care clinic; Provider must see patients 6 months and up for urgent care needs. Procedures including suturing, wound care, I & Ds, splinting, X-Ray and ECG over read, place IVs. Beautiful state of the art centers that include lab and mobile x-ray with access to additional clinic resources.

**Qualifications:**
- Must be residency trained and BC (BE if within 5 years of residency) in FP, IM/Peds or ED
- Must be trained to see both adults and pediatrics (all ages but generally 6 months and up)
- certification in relevant specialty by the American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic Board.
- Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays. We have onsite X-ray and EKG.
- Must be comfortable with EMR. Epic training will be provided but cannot be provided prior to clearing credentialing and onboarding.
- If someone is open to collaboration with APPs please submit their cost for doing so.
- Must be willing to work with medical assistants, scribes, rad techs as support staff (no RN/LPN support staff)
**Scheduling/Needs:**
- Up to 14 shifts per month. Preference to locums able to cover a significant number of shift. Preference also to local physicians, since this is an ongoing assignment
- Available to work in either any Springfield location or Joplin, MO location (proximity 1 hour)
- Can schedule 4 shifts in a row
- Centers are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday (12 Hour shifts) and 9am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday (8 hour shifts). Group will consider only Providers who are willing to work 12-hour shifts.
- Physicians will not be granted any overtime.

- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 90 + but it seems longer for physicians with lengthy resumes. (Plan on ~120)
