Group is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Physician/Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide causal coverage for our on-site Urgent Care. Provide aspects of care, including, treatments and consultations as part of a Physician/Advanced Practice Provider team. Works in outpatient setting and can perform independently. Serves as an educator, case manager, consultant to staff and multidisciplinary health care team._x000D_

**Minimum Qualifications:**_x000D_
-Graduate of an accredited medical school and completed residency training program or Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program and completion of Master of Science Degree in Nursing/Graduate of AMA accredited physician assistant program._x000D_
-Board certification in Family, Internal Medicine if applicable._x000D_
-Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Wisconsin Board of Medical Practice._x000D_
-Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Wisconsin._x000D_
-Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges._x000D_

**Urgent Care Hours**_x000D_
-Monday through Friday 7am-7pm._x000D_
-Saturdays 8am-2pm._x000D_
-Holidays 8am-2pm.
