Position: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician

Responsibilities:

● Provide exceptional primary care services to a predominantly adult patient population

● Conduct routine physical exams, including Pap smears

● Diagnose and treat common medical conditions

● Counsel patients on strategies to promote general wellness

● Manage urgent complaints that would be seen in a typical primary care clinic

● Collaborate well with an interdisciplinary care team to drive quality outcomes

● Review all labs and clinical documents in a timely manner

● Complete charting in the electronic medical record within 72 hours of the encounter

● Comfort seeing approximately 2-2.2 patients per hour on average, including walk-ins

● Maintain high standard of professionalism when interacting with patients and staff

Working Hours:

● 3 weekdays per week (Monday through Friday): 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM AND

● 1 weekend every other week: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Requirements:

● Valid and unrestricted Medical License in Maryland

● Board Certification/Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Strong dedication to providing compassionate patient care

● Ability to work effectively as part of a team
