MD/Physician will join a mission-driven team that serves the needs of children & adults in the Central Massachusetts area - we need 1 full time or 2 part time Doctors.

Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine Physician Benefits and Features:

Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine Physician Role with the Company:

  • Physicians see 20-22 patients a day.
  • NextGen EMR
  • HPSA score for Worcester is 15
  • our Urgent Care is operating more like a same-day-access clinic for our established patients. This means you have to be a current patient of our clinic in order to be seen at Urgent Care (that is, if your normal PCP is not available and you need a visit right away).
  • within the next couple of months we will transition to accept walk-in patients who aren't currently established with our clinic.
  • What are the hours? 8am-7pm (Providers can work 8 hour days or 10 hour days). So, either they can work 5 days a week for 8 hours each, or 4 days at 10 hours each.
  • Schedule? In a 40-hour work week, 36 of those hours will be clinical and 4 of those hours will be administrative for notes, emails, follow ups, ect.
