Aya Locums has an immediate opening for the following position: Locum - Physician Speciality: Urgent Care in Athens, OH - $125.00/hr to $140.00/hr

Specialty: Urgent Care MD - Athens, OH
Start Date: November (pending credentialing)
Contract Length: 3 months estimated.
Shift Details: Days; 9 or 12 hour shifts
Schedule: 36-40 hours per week, 9a-9p or 9a-6p
Work Details:
· Support Staff: each location will typically have MA, X ray tech, may have LPN at some locations.
· Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 3-4 shifts/week.
· Patients per day: 30-36 (4 patients per hour)
· Patient Population/Age: all ages
· EMR: Epic (called CareConnect internally)
Practice Setting:
• Urgent Care
Requirements:
· Board Certification: for physicians either Internal Med or Family Med
· License Required: OH license or IMLC only
· DEA: Yes, must have Ohio address.
· Certifications Required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days
