This Health System between Atlanta and the Alabama state line is seeking a board-certified Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine physician to serve as the Medical Director for our three Urgent Care practices. This is a full time, employed position. We offer a competitive compensation package plus bonus potential, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Annual earning potential ~ $350K plus productivity bonus opportunities, $50K signing and $50K start date incentives, up to $14k in relocation and full benefit package
Position Highlights:
- Medical Director will provide oversight to 3 locations: Carrollton, Villa Rica, and Bremen, GA
- Role is designed to be 60% clinical and 40% administrative.
- Participate in provider recruitment and orient new providers.
- Review, sign and supervise APPs
- Provide chart reviews, corrective action, and provider performance reviews.
- Attend Tanner Medical Group provider meetings; facilitate internal staff meetings; effectively communicate clinical updates and procedural changes to all providers.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in urgent care or emergency medicine
- Leadership experience
- DOT Certification preferred
- Georgia Medical licensure or eligibility
