Virtual Primary Care Physician/NP (Remote)

Full Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct virtual consultations with patients, providing high-quality care in accordance with clinical guidelines.

  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, including but not limited to primary care, urgent care, weight management, and sexual health.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

  • Provide patient education and counseling on preventive care, treatment options, and health maintenance.

  • Adhere to all state and federal regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.

  • Participate in continuous professional development and training sessions to stay current with medical advancements and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

  • Board-certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field.

  • Active medical license in at least one compact state and the ability to obtain additional state licenses as required.

  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, or a related field.

  • Experience with telehealth platforms and delivering care in a virtual environment is preferred.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients remotely.

  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable using technology, including electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
