Vascular Surgeon Locums Job in Florida | Call Coverage on May 22- 26 | Emergency Privileges | Clean Background Required

Jackson and Coker is partnered with a facility on the eastern Florida coast that needs a Vascular Surgeon to assist with 24-hour call coverage for their ED + employed physicians. They have notified us of a specific need for coverage on May 22 - 26 & anticipate additional vacation + weekend needs through 2025.

Dates of Coverage:
--Thursday, May 22 at 7AM - Monday, May 26 at 7AM
* Will need to report on May 21 to complete training/orientation
* Will be able to pick up ongoing weekend/vacation coverage needs as they're requested

EMERGENCY PRIV REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to provide two leadership references and one peer reference from the last 24 months (CMO, Chief of Staff, Medical Staff president, Surgery/ENT Dept. Chair, Cred. committee chair, etc.)
- Must be able to provide up to date case logs
- Must have a clean background (no red flags or malpractice settlements)

Details/Requirements for Assignment #108393:
-- Active Florida license + current DEA required
-- Seeking currently Board Certified or truly Board Eligible ENTs
-- Bread & butter Vascular Surgery call coverage support
-- Will be covering unattached ED patients + attached patients from the practice
-- 100% inpatient work to include: daily patient rounding, emergent procedures + new consults
-- Will have first assist Vascular Surgery APP support (APPs don't do rounding)
-- Facility is a designated level 2 trauma center - has full trauma support staff
-- Patient volume will vary but between 5-8 PPD
-- Facility detail: 490+ bed facility, designated level II trauma center, Athena EMR
