Credentialing

• Timeframe: 60-90 days
• Note: Candidates will credential without specific dates and must be available on an as-needed basis.

Compensation

• Hourly: $375
• On-Call (Daily): $2900
• Call Back: $375

Requirements

• Board Certified in Vascular Surgery
• BLS Certification
• Active CO License or IMLC
• COVID-19 Vaccination
• Disclose EPIC Experience (Years & Last MM/YYYY Used)
