- Clinical Role:
- Candidate must be TRULY Board Eligible fellowship-trained in Vascular Surgery (to be completed prior to start)
- Open to upcoming 2025 graduates in final year of fellowship, but quick 2025 start is preferred
- Practice setting includes inpatient, outpatient, rounds, and clinic
- Call coverage includes nights and weekends 1:4
- Reason for coverage: Service line growth
- The group is very reputable and has a large volume of vascular cases
- The practice is supported by two vascular surgeons, one nurse practitioner, and certified vascular techs within the department
- Call coverage includes nights and weekends, with a 1:4 rotation shared among providers
- Endovascular skills and vein experience is preferred
- Trauma Level II
- EMR: EPIC
- Open to H1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J1 candidates
- Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)
- Not open to 1099 candidates
- Not open to Locum and/or Locum to Perm candidates
- Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them again
- Conditions of Employment:
- Employee Health requires all employed providers to complete a health screen per HFHS policy
- COVID Vaccination Requirement; a provider must be fully vaccinated (unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption) before their application will be forwarded to a specialist during the credentialing process
