- Endovascular: Bypass Surgery, Femoral Popliteal & Aortofemoral Bypass, Stenting, Peripheral Artery Disease, Open Surgical Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions
• No. of ORs: 1 General; 1 Hybrid
• Interventional Radiology Suite
• Hemodialysis Access onsite
• EMR: Epic
• Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
• Active KY License or IMLC
• BC/BE
• BLS
• Flu Shot
• COVID Vaccinated (preferred)
