Vascular Surgery - South Florida

Growth and Expansion
- Need: Expanding service line with a growing referral volume
- Positions: Adding two (2) vascular surgeons to be hired within the next year in South Florida practice.
- ASC: Under construction with full anesthesia available.
Practice Details
- Scope: General vascular surgery including peripheral, endovascular, and some subspecialization
- Structure: Outpatient, inpatient, and hospital call coverage
- Team: Private cardiology group with 15 physicians and 11 APPs
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 5 PM (flexible based on OR/ASC availability)
- Volume:
- Clinic: 20-25 patients per full day
- Procedures: 4-6 per procedural day
- Call: Own vascular clinic and community hospital call with APP and interventional cardiology support
Facilities
- Clinics:
- Stuart: 18 exam rooms, PET/CT suite
- Tradition: 16 exam rooms
- Services: ECG, echo stress test, nuclear stress test, Holter monitoring, vascular studies, in-house Pacer/ICD clinic
- 24/7 interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery support
- EMR: NexGen for clinics, Epic for hospitals
Support Staff
- Per Physician: RN and MA
- Planned Recruitment: Vascular PA upon staffing
Financial Package
- Contract: 3-year agreement
- Base Salary: BOE neg.
- Partnership: Track to partnership after 3 years (earlier with 10+ years’ experience)
- Equity in ASC for procedural partners
- Total Income: $650,000-$800,000+ once partnered
- Signing Bonus: $50,000 (paid in two installments)
- Relocation: Negotiable ($5,000-$10,000)
