Vascular Surgery Physician

This facility is seeking a Vascular Surgery Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details & requirements for this opportunity:
· Schedule: July – November, 8 hours weekdays
· Job Setting: Clinic
· Types of Cases: Ablations (VenaSeal and RadioFreqeuncy Ablation), Injections (Varithena and Sclerotherapy)
· Credentialing Timeframe: temporary privileges available in 3-5 days
· Must have an active Illinois license
