A busy vascular practice located in the vibrant Charlotte, North Carolina region is seeking a board certified or board eligible Vascular Surgeon to work full-time at our hospitals located in Rock Hill and Fort Mill South Carolina. Applicants must have completed an accredited vascular surgery residency or fellowship, and be proficient in all aspects of vascular surgery including open and endovascular techniques.

The candidate will be expected to participate in quality initiative programs as well as take an active role in growing the vascular surgery line at both Rock Hill and Fort Mill hospitals. Significant support and infrastructure exist for growing your practice rapidly. There are opportunities to engage in teaching if desired but this is not an expectation.

Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill is a 288 bed community Hospital and a Tenet Health Care Facility. It offers a full spectrum of specialties including cardiac surgery, neurosurgery, trauma services, and ICU/critical care services. Piedmont Medical Center in Fort Mill is 100 bed community hospital recently opened within the last 18 months providing advanced services including a hybrid operating room for complicated endovascular procedures.

Fort Mill is an award winning school district and has the highest ATC scores in the state! Lake Wylie offers boating, waterskiing, wakeboarding, and swimming. York County is less than 3 hours to Charleston, South Carolina and less than 4 hours to Hilton Head Beaches. In addition, we are only 2 hours from the mountains in Asheville, North Carolina. Rock Hill and Fort Mill, South Carolina are family oriented communities located only 15 miles from Charlotte. Easy access to large city features including the NFL, the NBA, Professional soccer, Professional Hockey, and minor league baseball teams.
