We are seeking a TRAUMA/CRITICAL CARE SURGEON to join our practice. We are a private practice consisting of 5 board certified General Surgeons who specialize in all aspects of General Surgery, Trauma and Critical Care. We provide both outpatient and inpatient services, admitting 4000 traumas a year. The above surgeon would also serve as an attending faculty surgeon with The Department of Surgery, located at The University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee. This is a non-tenure track academic appointment commensurate with experience and level of academic interest. Candidate must be board eligible or certified in General Surgery and have trauma or critical care fellowship or equivalent experience. Research experience is desired and interest in teaching is required. Salary is commensurate with qualifications including an exceptional benefit package.
