Job Description :

• Hospital is looking for a trauma/acute care surgericalist.
• Provider can start Friday or Monday.
• In house call from 7-5 during the day, otherwise call can be outside of the hospital with a 15 minute response time.
• Hospital is looking for 24/7 call coverage for a 5-7 day stretch twice a month.
• Midlevel assistance during the day, 7 days a week is provided.
• No office hours, all hospital based.
• Hospital is an adult level 2 trauma center with a required 15 minute response for level 1 trauma codes and 60 minutes for level 2 trauma codes.
• The number of trauma/acute care surgery admissions is variable from 3-8 in a 24 hour period.
• Daily rounding can be variable from 12-25 patients to round on, although there is midlevel assistance 7 days/week.
