  • Dates of coverage: ASAP to 4/30/25 initial term, possible extension
  • Practice Setting: Hospital, Call
  • Call Ratio: 1:4
  • Average Number of Trauma Surgical Cases Per Day: Average of 3 activations per day (level 1, level 2, consults), 3% operative
  • Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2 adult
  • Annual ER Volume: 57000
  • Percent (%) of ED Patients Admitted to the Hospital: 24%
  • Number of ED Beds: 40
  • Total Number of Beds: Licensed for 378
  • Documentation System/EMR: Epic
  • Patient Age Demographic: <1% neonate, 3.7% child, 3.9% adolescent, 36.5% adult, 55.8% geriatric
  • Procedures Required: Trauma Cases ADULT, Trauma Cases PEDIATRIC, Trauma Cases GERIATRIC, PENETRATING Trauma Cases, BLUNT Trauma Cases, Trauma Cases NEONATAL, Chest Tube Insertion, Central Line Insertion, open thoracotomy, crycothyroidotomy, ex. lap, colon resection, splenectomy
