The Locum Trauma Surgeon provides temporary, expert care in the trauma surgery department, managing patients with traumatic injuries, including those requiring immediate surgical intervention. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating trauma patients, collaborating with emergency medicine and surgical teams, and performing surgeries as necessary. The locum trauma surgeon ensures high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, high-stress environment, often working in close coordination with other specialists.
