- Facility: 387 bed facility, Epic
- Support Staff: 4 PAs
- Practice Setting: Inpatient, Adult, Geriatric
- Certs: Active ID license or IMLC, successful completion of ACGME or AOA, Board Certified, ACLS, DEA- Required
