- Looking for a Locum Cardiovascular Surgeon to fill their need!
- Dates of Coverage: ASAP until March 2026! Approx. 7-10+ days per month, ongoing!Schedule:
- Hospital: M-F
- Clinic: Tues & Thurs + possible night call
- Practice Percentage: Adult 100%; Trauma 10%; Office/Clinic 25%; Hospital 75%
- Average No. of office/clinic patients per physician per day: 10; Scheduled - 10; Add-ons - 1
- Average No. of hospital patients per physician day: 5-10; Admissions: 1-2; ICU: 2; Surgeries: 1-5
- Worksite Resources:
- 4 Exam Rooms
- Lab & X-ray onsite: No
- Office ancillary staff: 1 lpn, 1 scheduler, 1 APP in clinic
- Documentation: EPIC (Office/Clinic & Hospital)
- Cardiac/Thoracic Required Procedures:
- General CV/thoracic surgery* – open
- Coronary artery bypass surgery – on pump
- Valvular – repair & replacement
- Congential defects (ASD, VSD, PFO, etc.)
- Aneurysm repair – cardiac & aorto-thoracic
