Start Date: Mid-September 2025
Accepting Board Certified or Board Eligible candidates who will become Board Certified within 3 years of employment.
Candidates must have completed an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency program.
Will serve community members seeking wellness, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation services in a convenient and accessible environment located directly off I-84.
Services will include Urgent Care, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Diabetes Care & Education, Sleep Medicine, Orthopedics, Heart Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and onsite Lab, X-ray, and Pharmacy.
Practice Setting: Clinic
Reason for Coverage: Expanding to new facility and need additional providers
Full-time schedule: 34 patient contact hours with the option for a 4- or 5-day work week.
Shift hours: Approximately 8 AM to 5 PM.
Call schedule: Shared with other eligible Family Medicine providers; approximately 1:40. To include weekends as part of the call rotation.
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC, including AI charting capabilities.

Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules
May consider candidates who were previously Board Certified and need to obtain again (case-by-case)
May consider commuters and/or those looking for secondary employment (case-by-case)
