Annual ER Volume: 30,000
Number of Operating Rooms: 1 Heart, 1 Hybrid
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Ancillary Staff: First Assist with Endoscopic Saphenous Vein Harvest experience
Patient Age Demographic: Adult, Geriatric
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- BLS Certified - REQUIRED
- KY License - Preferred, willing to accept candidates needing to obtain a license
- CLEAN BACKGROUND - REQUIRED
