Opportunity:
- Schedule: Mostly 8 hr days during scheduled cases but taking call during the off hours and weekends.
- CABG Cases and Vein Harvesting
- Call Schedule: nights and weekends
- Call Ratio: one in two or one in three
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: depends on the case load 2-3
