Cardiothoracic Surgeon Opportunity in Albuquerque, NM
**Location:** Albuquerque, NM
**Schedule:** Full-Time (1.0 FTE), Monday-Friday (no weekend requirement)
- Rotating call coverage
- Daily Patient Load: 16 (clinic)
- Inpatient/Outpatient Mix
- EMR: Epic
**Role Responsibilities:**
- Join a team at an Institute of 32 physicians, 19 APPs, and a support staff of 100+
- Onsite ECHO, Vascular, Nuclear, and CT Testing
- Perform a variety of cardiothoracic surgeries, with a preference for congenital cardiac surgery (though not required)
- Work in a multi-specialty practice (50 providers including mid-levels) primarily based at the Heart Hospital designed with patient care in mind
**Minimum Requirements:**
- ABTS certified in thoracic and cardiac surgery
- Experience in or graduating from a cardiothoracic surgery program
- Congenital Cardiac Surgery preferred but not required
