Cardiothoracic Surgery opening in Tennessee Located in Knoxville, TN Full-Time & Permanent Seeking a BE/BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join practice.

  • Replace surgeon
  • Employed Position with a Hospital Based Clinic
  • Inpatient / Outpatient Mix
  • Accomplished cardiovascular surgery team and dedicated step down unit to serve recovering patients
  • Anesthesia coverage is provided by third party (Mednax)
  • Hospital base service line at is well equipped with 11 Suites, 4 Endo rooms, and 1 Cysto - 2 Heart Rooms
  • Fully competent Heart Team in the OR
  • OR Time is scheduled either block utilization or first come first serve on open times in the OR
Location: Knoxville is in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and is home to the University of Tennessee, Tennessee Valley Authority, and close to a National Lab and high-tech industry. Perfect for those loving the outdoors. With a population of approx. 600K, the city also has many cultural opportunities. The Knox County school system is very strong with excellent private school options as well. With low crime, mild weather, and no state income tax, Knoxville is a great place to raise a family and grow a practice.
