The provider will be credentialed at all 3 sites. It is the expectation for locums to hold TAVR privileges.

- Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified and trauma level 3, is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper calls if needed. The schedule is Weekend coverage from Friday from 5p until Monday 7a entails coverage. Coverage dates needed:
December- 23rd, 24th, 26th, 27th
December 30th-January- 3rd
