Job Summary :

- Will accept multiple providers : Yes
Schedule :
- 1 weekend a month.
- Saturday 7a until Monday 7a.
- Inpatient Rounding? Yes, as needed.
- Inpatient/ER Call? Yes
- Office Call? Inpatient only.
- Procedures Required? Emergency coverage only.
Job Description :
- Surgical time scheduled in AM. Office scheduled PM. Rounding and oversight of post ops in ICU. Approx 2-5 pts admitted at one time.
Candidate Requirements :
- Active IN State License or IMLC.
- Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible.
- Minimum Years Experience (if applicable): More than 2 years
- Flu vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
- Covid vaccination: Required or Need Medical or religious exemption.
- Certifications: BLS-AHA issued.
- Do not submit a candidate without procedure logs (for the last 12 months).
