**Cardiothoracic Surgery Opening in Albuquerque, NM** Heart Institute is offering a competitive salary with excellent quality of life to a Cardiothoracic Surgeon as part of a five-surgeon team at our Heart Hospital in beautiful Albuquerque,NM. Be part of a multi-specialty practice (50 providers including mid-levels) primarily working out of the Heart Hospital that was designed by physicians with patients in mind. * Full-Time Employment (1.0 FTE) * Inpatient/Outpatient Mix * Join a team at NMHI of 32 physicians, 19 APP's, and support staff of 100+ * Onsite ECHO, Vascular, Nuclear, CT Testing * Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (no weekend requirement) * Daily Patient Load: 16 (clinic) * Rotating Call Coverage * EMR: Epic **Minimum Requirements** * ABTS certified in thoracic and cardiac surgery * Congenital Cardiac Surgery is preferred but not required * Experienced and graduating cardiothoracic surgeons are encouraged to apply! **Recruitment Package May Include:** * Base Salary + wRVU production incentive * CME allowance * Sign-on bonus * Medical debt assistance * Relocation allowance * Residency stipend * Paid malpractice coverage * Health benefits + Retirement plan * Marketing + practice growth assistance Heart Institute practices state-of-the-art medicine by employing the latest cardiovascular imaging and fully integrated interventional, cardio-thoracic, and vascular surgical service approaches. The Institutes services address various preventative, diagnostic, treatment, surgical, and rehabilitation needs. Services provided include vascular surgery, cardiothoracic surgery, electrophysiology, imaging, advanced heart failure, and structural/IV.
